Have Not Received My Order Yet

I haven't received my order yet .. it's been over 2 1/2 weeks now ..

Hi there, as we addressed over email, this is due to the Canada Post Strike... we shipped your order promptly but due to the Strike, they have your order stuck so it never made it over to UPS. We created a double order free of charge for you and have already shipped it out. I hope you will accept this as a more than fair response over this strike.
