DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders should arrive within 2-14* business days anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. Once your order is processed, we will charge your credit card and you will be e-mailed your tracking number. All orders can be tracked by logging into your Abundance Naturally Account. You can also contact us for this information info@abundancenaturally.com 

* Delivery times are approximate and based on information from Canada Post. Canada Post might delay shipping which is beyond our control. During the Holiday Season, Shipping Carriers might take longer than usual to process which is also beyond Abundance Naturally's control.  The delivery date of your order depends on when the order leaves our warehouse, the destination address for the item and the shipping method. For select items, we offer an Estimated Delivery Date during checkout. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the shipping destination. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS & COSTS

Save shipping costs! In Canada, you qualify for FREE shipping** if your order is $120.00 or more before tax and after any discount code. Free shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. Please choose the right option for shipping while checking out.  Under this amount, shipping is subject to Canada Post rates.

Orders made after 3pm weekdays, or anytime on Friday to Sunday, will be shipped the following business day in most cases.

**Please note that orders shipped to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and few remote areas in other provinces carry additional shipping charges based on weights.

LOW STOCK OR BACK ORDERED ITEMS

If a product that you ordered is low in stock or on back-order, then we will offer the following:

  1. Hold your order and ship once missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
  2. Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).

If you make a mistake while inputting your shipping address and the parcel returns to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you.
